How to make onion rings
Onion rings are crispy on the outside and sweet and smooth on the inside consequently come out a delicious flavour. You can prefer any kind of onion either white, brown or purple but the size should be large. We slice the onions and take out rings from slices, after then coating with batter and deeply frying the coated rings. It is a healthy fast food because it has a good quantum of nutrition. Those who love the sweetness of onions would definitely like to eat. So today we are going to prepare crispy onion rings.
Corn flour 1 tsp
Baking soda a small pinch
Maida 1/4 cup
Butter milk 1/2 cup
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Onions (for making rings)
Salt to taste
How To Make Onion Rings
Take 4 onions and cut as slice to make rings. Now take a bowl and add maida (plain flour), butter milk, black pepper, salt and a pinch of baking powder and mix finely. Batter is ready for onion rings.
Take a large size pan and heat some oil for frying.
Take a serving plate and place an absorbent paper on this. Now dip some rings in batter and fry them until colored golden brown. When its done, shift the fried onion rings on serving plate and spread over chaat masala. Serve immediately with tomato sauce.
